Electricity time-of-use peak windows by timezone
WattReplay classifies each usage interval as peak or off-peak using the local clock of the utility timezone you select, so daylight saving transitions matter: a "4pm-9pm peak window" means different UTC hours in March than in July wherever daylight saving applies.
